Small snippet of an interview with Kaede Hondo, Nanjamo's VA (translation can be found here).

Q: The episode also showed a side of her that was acting as Dot's senior, guiding her as she grew and developed one step further, didn't it? Hondo: Yes, when Nanjamo was talking to Dot face-to-face, the sound director instructed me to give her advice "as a person, not as a streamer". That scene really showed how human Nanjamo is; She's kind and caring, always willing to help, and she's clearly very fond of Dot.
